General
A binding contract for the sale of all products will be created upon a communication being sent by Teaworld to the buyer confirming the acceptance of the buyer's order and upon no other event. 'Acceptance' shall for the avoidance of doubt be at the time the communication is 'sent' by Teaworld.
Ordering
On-Line
You can order on-line using our very simple and secure ordering system. Simply find the teas that you want and Add them to the Basket. Once you have selected all your teas, go to Checkout and Complete the order choosing any of the payment options.
You can pay by Credit or Debit cards or by cheque. If you choose to pay by credit or debit cards, then your order will be automatically sent to our warehouse for packing and delivery. You can also send the order form on-line and send a cheque quoting your order reference. Order Confirmation will be sent to you automatically with an Order Number.
By Fax / Post
You can also complete the order on-line and print the Order Form and send it with a cheque to:

You can call Teaworld on 01707 872 720 and quote all the teas that you require. You will be given a price including packing and delivery and excluding any discounts.
You can pay by cheque and once your cheque has cleared, your order will be delivered to you. Order Confirmation will be sent to you via email or by post.
The completion of an order form and payment for the products shall be deemed conclusive evidence that the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Payment Options
We accept payment in the following ways:
1. By the following credit or debit cards
2. By cheque or postal order. Cheques should be made payable to 'Teaworld Ltd.', please write your cheque guarantee card number on the back of the cheque.
The full price for ordered products must be paid and cleared prior to delivery, unless previous arrangements have been made. All orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling, and in the case of payment by cheque, drawn on a bank account located within the United Kingdom.
In the event of a failure by the buyer to pay for the products, then title to the products shall remain with Teaworld until such time as payment in full is received. Teaworld reserve the right to retake possession of the products in the event of non-payment.
Teaworld will ensure that your order and any payment information you provide are kept private and confidential. Teaworld will not retain any customer information beyond that reasonably necessary to confirm your order, dispatch the products and trace the delivery. Teaworld does not supply customer information to third parties other than as specifically stated herein (i.e. to enable the carrier to deliver the products).
Where the buyer is using the online payment method, Teaworld uses a recognised online credit payment agency who have secure server software encryption to keep your transaction private and protected. Paying by this method will require the buyer to visit another website domain. Teaworld accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for errors or omissions on the part of the credit payment agency, which result in the disclosure of confidential information, loss, expense or damage howsoever arising to the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the terms of business of the credit payment agency before using the service.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are in UK Pounds are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to change without notice to take into account of fluctuations in the cost of labour and materials and of alterations in rates of exchange and import duty which may occur it the course of manufacturing the products.
All items displayed on the website are usually in stock in our warehouse unless 'Out of Stock' is displayed next to a product, in which case it is out of stock. New stock usually takes 2-3 days to arrive from the suppliers, unless it is out of stock at the supplier, which could then take longer.
The price of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction. In the unlikely event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will call you to inform you of the situation and discuss with you how to progress the order.

We will always keep you informed about any delay that we are aware of. For EC and overseas deliveries, the buyer is regarded as the importer of record. The buyer may therefore be subject to additional charges duties and/or taxes, which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Teaworld is not responsible for any additional cost or expense incurred by the buyer save as are specifically included within the delivery charge or as otherwise provided for herein.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Teaworld. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with one or more of our teas or accessories then, please send it back, in its original condition, including your original documents and specifying your reasons for return, and we will issue you a full refund for the item(s).
We cannot accept returns of teas or teatime foods where the packets have been opened, unless the product is of unsatisfactory quality.
Please note, your statutory rights are not affected.
All returns must be carried out within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless the item we delivered to you was faulty or in error.

Teaworld has a straightforward privacy policy. We do not share your personal information with anyone. As you've read, your information (shipping, billing address, email, etc.) comes to us via secure methods and we use it to provide you with what you've ordered. We have implemented 3D secure to make your shopping safer. 3D Secure is a culmination of Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC). 3D Secure is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the shopper at the time of the transaction.
Paypal
If you are still concerned about giving us your card details, you can pay via PayPal without ever sharing your personal credit or debit card information with us. Trademark
The buyer may not at any time alter or deface any trade marks identified on the products with the intention of attaching or juxtaposing another trade mark, unless the buyer is in receipt of Teaworld's express prior permission in writing.
Copyright
The copyright in any design, presentation, packaging and/or literature in connection with the products shall remain the property of the owner of that copyright and no right or licence (except as to the use for which the products are supplied) shall be granted hereby whether express or implied.
Warranties
Teaworld makes no warranty in respect of any products or service advertised by Teaworld on this website but which is supplied by a supplier independent to Teaworld.
Governing Law
English Law shall govern the construction, validity and performance of these Terms and Conditions and of any agreement that exists between Teaworld and the buyer in all respects. In any dispute with Teaworld regarding these Terms and Conditions and or the supply of products to the buyer, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
