How to Order
Ordering at Teaworld could not be easier.
On-Line
You can order on-line using our very simple and secure ordering system. Simply find the teas that you want and Add them to the Basket. Once you have selected all your teas, go to Checkout and Complete the order choosing any of the payment options.
You can pay by Credit or Debit cards or by cheque. If you choose to pay by credit or debit cards, then your order will be automatically sent to our warehouse for packaging and delivery. You can also send the order form on-line and send a cheque quoting your order reference.
Order Confirmation will be sent to you automatically with an Order Number.
By Fax / Post
You can also complete the order on-line and print the Order Form and send it with a cheque to:

By Phone
You can call Teaworld on 01707 872 720 and quote all the teas that you require. You will be given a price including packing and delivery and excluding any discounts.
You can pay by cheque and once your cheque has cleared, your order will be delivered to you.

Pricing & Availability
All prices are in UK Pounds are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
All items displayed on the website are usually in stock in our warehouse unless 'Out of Stock' is displayed next to a product, in which case it is out of stock. New stock usually takes 2-3 days to arrive from the suppliers, unless it is out of stock at the supplier, which could then take longer.
In the unlikely event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will call you to inform you of the situation and discuss with you how to progress the order.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Teaworld. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with one or more of our teas or accessories then, please send it back, in its original condition, including your original documents and specifying your reasons for return, and we will issue you a full refund for the item(s).
We cannot accept returns of teas or teatime foods where the packets have been opened, unless the product is of unsatisfactory quality.
All returns must be carried out within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless the item we delivered to you was faulty or in error.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
